Bar Patrón is proud to announce that we have officially been selected as a finalist for Bartender Magazine’s Best Tequila Bars in the 2023 Bar Awards. This recognition is a true testament to the hard work of the Bar Patrón family, and our commitment to excellence as the only Patrón Tequila venue in the world.
Australian Bartender Magazine, a monthly publication, is also the host of the annual Sydney Bar Week. Their yearly Bar Awards are a collection of highly coveted prizes, spanning across categories such as Wine Bar of the Year, Pub of the Year, New Bar of the Year, Best Bartenders’ Bar, Best Bar Food, and more.
Bar Patrón was selected as a finalist alongside 11 other nominees as the country’s best Tequila Bar for the year of 2023, in Bartender Magazine’s 22nd Bar Awards. The finalists in each category are exclusively able to be determined by the bar industry itself: only those who work in bars and for brands are permitted to vote each year. From there, the finalists in each of the categories are then reviewed and voted on by their peers – that is, the other finalists themselves. This final vote then determines the overall winner in each category. The final winners will be awarded on Wednesday, September 13th at the Bar Awards Night at Doltone House in Sydney. It takes place on the final night of Sydney Bar Week running from 9th to 13th of September.
