Treat Yourself at Bar Patrón this EOFY Season
EOFY season means some well-earned time to slow down, relax and unwind while enjoying a gourmet dining experience and waterfront dining. Nestled in the heart of Circular Quay, Bar Patrón is the optimal place to relax and unwind. Enjoy a 3-course feast with your corporate crew, yours for just $95 per person.
To start you off, we have our Classic Guacamole, served with corn chips, and served to creamy perfection with burnt cashew, Morita oil, and coriander. Our Scallop Ceviche, a Bar Patrón staple and the chef’s personal favourite is also on the table, with a beautiful balance of burnt pineapple, tequila leche de tigre, jalapeño tostada, and avocado. Our Pork Carnitas Tostadita also starts off your meal: a crispy, tasty bite of orange and ginger tostada, avocado salsa, queso fresco, and coriander.
We then move onto our main course: first up is a 600g Portoro Black Angus Rib Eye MB4+, cooked to tender perfection, sliced, and served alongside epazote chimichurri and aged Molē. We also have our Roast Butternut Pumpkin, which is cooked until it is juicy and cuts through like butter, with salsa ahogada, roasted cashew, agave, and coriander. To accompany your main course is our Poblano Rice: infused jasmine rice with poblano peppers and garlic.
And of course, no meal is complete without something sweet to finish. Our Patrón Pavlova is famous for a reason: sweet and delicate, with seasonal fruit, dulce de leche, and Chantilly.
If you would like to raise a glass and toast the closing financial year, we also have 2 beverage packages available. Beverage Package 1 is $59 per person for 2 hours of select beers, white wines, red wines, and sparkling wines. Beverage Package 2 is $79 per person, which allows you the same, as well as our world-class Patrón tequila margaritas.
